At Lyngsoe Rainwear, we have been making windproof, waterproof, and breathable garments since 1999, giving us many years of experience and innovation within the rainwear market. We now offer one of the largest ranges of Rainwear available today with garments suitable for every kind of outdoor use.

With options for both non-high-visibility / High-Visibility, together with lined and unlined garments, our Rainwear offers an extensive range of windproof, waterproof, and breathable products for the Industrial, Flame Retardant and Leisure sectors. High Frequency (HF) welded seams on our Microflex range ensure that they offer the very best protection against the weather, whilst providing exceptionally comfortable, practical, and tough working garments. By using breathable fabrics, we also reduce the build-up of moisture inside the garment.

Our aim is to provide the very best in functional and innovative rainwear and also to help reduce or prevent accidents in the workplace through our High-Visibility and flame-retardant options. Our FR and Anti-static garments are also used extensively in the Oil and gas, Petrochemical, Utility, and Contracting Sectors.

ELKA was founded in Karup by Ejnar Lauridsen in 1958. The name comes from the founder's initials (EL) and the city name (KA). The products were primarily underwear for men and women, as well as waterproof clothing. This has slowly developed into the collection we know today.

In 1979 the name was changed into the more international name "ELKA Rainwear A/S" and we have continued to work with the challenge to protect against the extremes of nature. This know-how means that we are able to sell high-quality products with excellent functionality. We offer a global service, so our customer can rest assured that they are always first in line.

Personal Protection
Hansen Protection designs and manufactures advanced survival suits, emergency suits and other harsh environment suits and life jackets for various work and niche applications. The survival equipment is provided to customers either through integrated services (a pay-per-use rental model), and through direct and distributor sales. Hansen Protection is a market leader of integrated services of survival suits and other harsh environment suits in its current European geographies and have a particularly strong position on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
 

 

Protective Rainwear
Hansen Protection designs, manufactures and sells protective rainwear tailored for a wide range of industries. The company’s protective rainwear products are divided into four segments: Basic protective rainwear, High-visibility protective rainwear, Flame retardant and electric ARC resistant rainwear and Insulated protective rainwear.
 

Boat Canopies & Special Products
Hansen Protection produces and sells customised textile products, including boat canopies, seating solutions and textile-based industrial products to customers within oil and gas, defence and agriculture. Hansen Protection’s product offering of boat canopies are manufactured from coated textiles, and are primarily sold to end-users in Norway and Sweden.
